Initial step to establish City gas companies was taken by Central or State Govt run companies. Later on private sector have also started investing. Based on PNGRB’s bidding procedure many Govt. PSU, State run Companies, Oil Marketing companies taken part and won the bid with winning nos. In 9th and 10th round of PNGRB’s bidding more than one cities with balanced areas were merged.
